Account Deletion Instructions

Open the Cigarwell App.

Go to Manage Account > Close Account.

Confirm your request.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated posts will be permanently deleted within 30 days. During this time, your account will be deactivated and not visible to other users.

If you cannot log in to your account, you can request deletion by email:

Send an email to support@cigarwell.com

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

From the email address linked to your Cigarwell account

Our team will process your request and confirm deletion by email.

Your profile and posts will be permanently removed or anonymized.

Your data will not be recoverable after 30 days.

Some non-identifiable records (e.g., system logs) may be retained for legal or security reasons.
